Paper St uses data to operate its tools, keep accounts working, generate requested outputs, handle support, and understand whether the service is functioning.
Data we may collect
- Account information, including email and login-related identifiers.
- Contact information you provide.
- Business data, campaign briefs, uploaded images, logos, artwork, generated outputs, exports, downloads, and campaign credit usage for Milk.
- Resume data, job-search data, job descriptions, generated packets, application history, and packet usage for Hank.
- Stripe customer and payment metadata, but not raw card numbers.
- Basic technical logs needed to run and debug the tools.
How data is used
Data is used to operate the tools, authenticate users, create requested outputs, preserve account state, support downloads, track credits or packets, process payments, investigate errors, and respond to requests.
AI and service providers
AI/model providers may process submitted content to generate outputs. Stripe handles payment processing. Hosting, database, storage, and other infrastructure providers may process data as needed to operate the service.

Do not submit content you do not have rights to use. Do not submit third-party confidential information unless you have permission.
